Returns & Exchanges
If you change your mind about what you've bought, I offer a no questions asked, money back guarantee on all non-custom items, simply contact me within 14 days of receiving your item & once I get your item back in a re-saleable condition, I'll refund you the full price of the item (minus postage). Please contact me before sending the item back and I’ll tell you what to do next.
Unfortunately I cannot offer refunds or exchanges on prints. I pack prints carefully in a cello envelope and hardbacked mailing envelope but if your print should arrive damaged, send me a photo of the damaged print and I'll send out a replacement to you immediately.
I will carefully package and ship your purchase to you at your given address within 4 working days of receiving cleared payment, at the very latest. (This is for ready-to-ship items that I have in the shop. Any items that are being individually made may take up to 4 working days longer). Orders placed on my online shop always get priority fulfillment over orders placed through any other sales channel I use. Any problems or queries concerning your purchase and I will contact you immediately.
I always obtain proof of postage and if you have selected a tracked option, I'll provide you with the tracking number as soon as your parcel ships.
I am happy to ship anywhere overseas! I use the Royal Mail Standard Airmail service as my standard delivery option which usually takes 3-5 working days to Europe and 5-7 working days to the USA and the rest of the world.
Please note that Standard Airmail does not include tracking (although everything I've ever sent abroad by this service has arrived safe and sound!) If you would like tracking, please choose this option at checkout.
