Returns & Exchanges
If you change your mind about what you've bought, I offer a no questions asked, money back guarantee on all non-custom items, simply contact me within 7 days of receiving your item & once I get your item back in a re-saleable condition, I'll refund you the full price of the item (minus postage). Please contact me before sending the item back and I’ll tell you what to do next.
Unfortunately I cannot offer refunds or exchanges on prints. I pack prints carefully in a cello envelope and hardbacked mailing envelope but if your print should arrive damaged, send me a photo of the damaged print and I'll send out a replacement to you immediately.
Missing or Damaged Items
Please let me know straight away if anything is damaged or you have not received it, as I’ll happily refund broken or missing items minus the postage costs. For a broken item, please send me a photo of the damaged item and I will send you a refund via Paypal.
When a package is lost I am happy to work with you to find the package or send a replacement. If you are an international customer, I’d ask that you wait a sufficient amount of time before I issue a refund or replacement. Customs will often hold a package for a length of time before releasing it for delivery. Sometimes you can check with your local post office in case the package is being held because you need to pay a customs charge.
I will carefully package and ship your purchase to you at your given address within 3 working days of receiving cleared payment, at the very latest. (This is usually done way quicker). Orders placed on my online shop always get priority shipping over orders placed through any other sales channel I use. Any problems or queries concerning your purchase and I will contact you immediately.
Within the UK, I send items by Royal Mail 2nd Class post as my standard free delivery option. I'll always obtain proof of postage and will insure sent items up to the value of your purchase and postage.
If you want your item to be sent by a Special Delivery or Signed For service, please contact me and I can give you a quote for this.
I am happy to ship anywhere overseas! I use the Royal Mail Standard Airmail service as my standard free delivery option which usually takes 3-5 working days to Europe and 5-7 working days to the USA and the rest of the world. For more info, please check out this link:
Please note that Standard Airmail does not include tracking (although everything I've ever sent abroad by this service has arrived safe and sound!) If you would like tracking, please buy an upgraded shipping option for your order.
